3D virtual tour

From wherever you are!

Visite virtuelle 3D

Visualising a real estate project under construction, presenting a new product in a showroom or even going back in time (representing something that has already happened) are all useful examples for a communication strategy.

The 3D virtual tour is much more realistic than a simple 360° tour, thanks to this technology the user can move through any room in a virtual space in a fluid and true-to-reality way. Through a 3D virtual tour, the viewer receives sensory inputs through the different senses.

Through a 3D virtual tour of flats, the client decides where to look, which element to interact with, which audiovisual material to reproduce or listen to sounds in accordance with the image. The experience is interactive and immersive.

Experiences of total immersion and interaction with the environment.

The main objective of 360° virtual tours is to place the client in a total immersion in the environment to be assessed. The representation of shapes, figures, qualities and elements is visual and hyper-realistic. One of its main advantages is that high quality animations cost less than a video production, as well as total freedom in its navigation, and unlimited resources to give free rein to creativity.

Multiple ways to apply it to your project:

All customisation options for the user:

  • Video integration including the main viewing platforms such as Vimeo or YouTube.

  • Incorporation of corporate logo

  • Dynamic image viewer (side scrolling carousel).

  • Interactive navigation (option to adapt to commercial script or promotion).

  • Multilanguage menu

  • Interactive floor plan

  • Connection to CRM

  • Generation of sound environment during the visit.

Today the virtual tour is the ideal web concept to highlight, boost sales and improve communication in all digital assets with a presence in sectors such as real estate, tour operators, hotels, salons or fashion.

At Jet Communication we are one of the first companies in Spain to offer virtual tours with our own development teams, using software applications such as Matterport to more advanced developments tailored to the needs of each project. We have a team that implements solutions that combine 3D modelling with 360° virtual tours.

How do we do it?

Our teams take samples of the interior of the property using laser telemetry technology, which gives us the possibility to visit remotely and from any computer/tablet or mobile phone using a virtual reality (VR) viewer.

Differences between a 3D virtual tour and a 360° tour

The differences between a 360° visit and a 3D virtual visit are many but the main difference is that in a virtual visit the visitor is active, as he/she takes part in the environment, can move freely in the space and interact with the objects.

360° visit

  • Simple photographs in panoramic mode and a route marked by arrows.
  • There is no sensation of movement, the result is static.
  • Passive navigation experience: the user does not have the ability to move freely through the space.
  • Usually one photograph per piece.
  • No ability to take a guided tour.
  • Incompatibility in the creation of 2D and 3D plans.

3D Virtual Tour

  • The area is digitised in 3D transmitting a more real and closer sensation.
  • Immersive visit experience. Logical and smooth scrolling movements.
  • Active browsing experience: the visitor is active, takes part in the environment, can move freely in space and interact with objects.
  • Possibility of a guided tour in 3D.
  • Once the scans and modelling have been completed, 2D and 3D plans can be created.
